DXC – Billing Provider Error Ortho Claim

The above error will show on Ortho Claims when there is incorrect information under the “Claim Information” Box. The fields tied to the error are Date Placed, Treatment months, and Remaining months.

For example, if you submit a claim on 11/15/24 on the Claim Information you have the following:

• Date Placed as: 7/10/24
• Treatment Months are: 24
• Remaining months should be set to: 20.

Incorrect information cannot be present in these three areas, or the claim will be Rejected as the information provided is not calculating correctly.
